The Pacific Southwest Conference is a mosaic of over 155 Evangelical Covenant churches in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Nevada. Their focus is to grow compelling Christian communities known for deep trust in God, strategic collaboration and innovative leadership development so that, more people come to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  From intensive coaching to pastors to assisting with transition/search committee coaching, the PSW conference provides infrastructure support and leadership to the churches in this region. The PSWC has planted 94 new churches since January 1993 that are currently active, with a worship attendance of over 28,000 people on each Sunday.

Ministries include Alpine (Blue Jay, CA) and Missions Springs (Scott Valley) Conference Centers and CHET (The Hispanic Center for Theological Studies), an affiliate of North Park University and Theological Seminary, located in Compton, CA. CHET’s mission is to equip Spanish-speaking men and women for pastoral and lay ministry. This supports the Covenant’s desire to better serve the rapidly growing Latino population in this region and beyond.
