Kids’ Church: Sundays 10-11:15am
We’re so glad you’re here! Through games, crafts, discussions, and Bible lessons tailored to their ages, kids learn who Jesus is, how much He loves them, and how they can better love God and others in their daily lives.
Where do we go?
Parents/guardians sign their kids in when they enter the main building, and then families begin in the worship service together. Children are dismissed before the message and follow their teachers to their classrooms. After the worship service, parents/guardians go to the classrooms to sign their children out.
2 years - kindergarten: Downstairs classroom building, south room
1st-3rd grade*: Downstairs classroom building, north room
4th-6th grade: Upstairs classroom building, southwest room
*Sometimes this class is combined with 4th-6th, in which case children will all be upstairs. Signs on the doors will direct you.
Your child’s safety matters.
Volunteers
Families need to know their kids are safe at all times! Our volunteers are all background-checked and follow procedures to make sure all interactions with children are above reproach. We have a two-adult policy for all classrooms, and a single child is never left alone with a single adult.
Potty Breaks
We encourage you to take your children to the restroom before church starts, but if they need a visit to the potty during class time, several children go together and an adult volunteer waits outside the open restroom door. Note about preschoolers: We do not change diapers. Please leave your cell # at sign-in and we will text you if your child needs a diaper change.
Questions or Concerns?
We are partners with you and would love to talk! If you have any suggestions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our children’s ministries director, Rachel McGehee, or to Pastor Juana.
